We’ll meet with you for a buyer consultation to get to know you better. We’ll discuss your goals, learn your expectations, find out what is important to you about your relationship with your real estate agent, explain the buying process and answer any questions you may have. We’ll share with you our perspective on the local real estate market.

The law requires all real estate agents, developers and real estate attorneys to obtain Know Your Customer information on both the buyer and seller in a real estate purchase and sale. To avoid any delays in the purchasing process, we recommend you meet with your attorney early in the buying process to satisfy this requirement, and at the same time, we'll work with you to fulfill our requirements too.
We love sharing and sending listings your way that we think you’ll love. Using your likes, dislikes and must-haves, we’ll begin narrowing down the homes on the market that fit your criteria and periodically send you property listings.

This is the fun part!
We’ll discuss and narrow down the homes that appear to be the best fit for you and your family and will arrange private viewings of those homes. During the private viewings, we’ll take careful notes of the features and amenities that stand out to you to narrow your search further and determine which one is the right fit for your forever home.
Once you find your new home, we’ll assess the market conditions, offer you a professional opinion of value and work closely with you to write a competitive offer based on our experience and expertise. Knowing that not all sellers accept the first offer, we’ll continue to advise and guide you through the counteroffer process.
After the seller has accepted your offer (or counteroffer), we’ll arrange for the purchase agreement to be drafted by the seller’s attorney and sent to your attorney. We can arrange for an inspection of the home to ensure everything is functioning correctly and there are no significant issues. We’ll also arrange for an independent appraiser to advise you on what the home is currently worth, and an appraisal will determine whether the accepted price matches the property’s condition.
Right before the official closing, we’ll arrange a walk-through of the home with you to ensure everything is as you expect. On the closing day, you’ll sign the final paperwork and receive the keys to celebrate your new home!
