Patricia Birch joined Morley in 2004 and is a Broker and Appraiser.
Her experience includes every aspect of real estate, from working with international and Bahamian residential buyers and sellers to brokering acreage for investors and developers, to real estate consulting for financial institutions.

"My work history made a career in real estate a natural evolution for me. I had worked in the hospitality industry, so I lived in customer service and delivering on expectations. Being on an out island with limited resources developed my organization and planning skills. My work in the landscape and construction fields allowed me to see firsthand the possibilities of taking the 'bones' of real estate, land, and adding value, whether it was for someone's personal use or as an income-producing investment. I'm very aware that there is a lot of hype and image in real estate that can sometimes shadow or hide facts, especially for those unfamiliar with the market. I like to give my clients and customers; all of the facts so that they can make informed decisions."
Patricia Birch is a licensed member and Past President of the Bahamas Real Estate Association and an International Member of the National Association of Realtors. Prior to becoming President of the Bahamas Real Estate Association for two terms, she served two years as an elected Director chairing the Developer Licensing Committee and the Disciplinary Committee.
She has two children and two grandchildren, enjoys reading, traveling, and the natural beauty of the Bahamas.
