Born and raised in Nassau, Chris Sands grew up with an appreciation for the ocean and has always enjoyed the waters of The Bahamas. His involvement with junior sailing from a young age eventually took him to the College of Charleston in South Carolina, where he graduated with a degree in Finance and Real Estate. Chris interned in real estate, abroad and here in The Bahamas, throughout his college years and chose the field of commercial real estate as a career on his return to Nassau. He joined Morley Commercial’s sales, leasing, and property management team in 2018.
Chris's education and experience in commercial real estate have made him an asset to Morley Commercial. Chris enjoys working with property owners creating and implementing a strategic plan to add value to their assets through marketing, leasing to the right tenants, and ensuring capital is properly allocated.
